What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver internationally: with Colissimo in France and through our partner DHL Express for all shipments in Europe and outside Europe.

What are the shipping times?

Any order not personalized placed from Monday to Friday are shipped within 48 hours maximum. Personalized orders with initials after a processing time of +5 working days before shipping. In the event that your package is delayed due to the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible for said delay.


Can I change the delivery address or the order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you can no longer modify it. Indeed, we prepare your package and send it to you within a few hours after the departure of your bag in order to deliver the package as soon as possible. However, you can change your delivery address for future orders on the "Addresses" page.


Duties & Taxes 

In EU: No customs fees

Outside the EU : All purchases outside the EU may be subject to customs duties. Please refer to the local customs authorities to find out about the duties and taxes payable by the recipient. 

Case of the United States: Orders over 750 euros will be charged a customs fee upon arrival in the United States. Below that, no charges apply.

Case of England: since the Brexit, duties and taxes can be requested at the import and are charged to the recipient.

  • for orders under 135 GBP / 150€, no duties and taxes.
  • for any order above 135 GBP / 150€, you will have to pay customs fees.

Orders to England are firm and final. They can neither be returned nor exchanged. In the same way, if the recipient refuses his parcel because of refusal of payment of the customs charges, his parcel could not be returned to us and will be destroyed by the English customs.
