Case of a customized product
Personalized products bearing your initials at your request are not eligible for the legal right of withdrawal that applies to non-personalized products. Therefore, these shirts cannot be returned.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us, as evidenced by the postmark of the shipping company. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Only orders shipped within France are eligible for exchange.
Please notify us of your return by sending an email to bonjour@shopsessei.com with the subject: RETURN + order number - indicating the tracking number so we can trace your shipment. Then download the document below to include with your return package.
RETURNS FROM A NON-EU COUNTRY:
You are responsible for any customs fees for this return.
In the event of customs fees upon arrival in France, these will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to prepare your return package
Returned items must be brand new To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Any returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
The procedure is as follows :
- Return the entire item: label, reinforced collar, tote bag
- Print and fill out the return form below, in French or English , and include it in your shipment.
- Place everything in sturdy packaging and send the package to the address indicated on the return form
- Include our email address / bonjour@shopsessei.com in the shipping slip so that we can track your package.
If the item is returned to us under the conditions listed above, we will send you an email to approve your return request and we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days.
You will be responsible for the package until we receive it at our warehouse. Therefore, you must be careful when choosing a trackable shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If we discover that the product is no longer new and is second-hand when we receive it, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
My article has a flaw.
We are extremely careful regarding the quality of our products. However, if despite all our quality control efforts you should report any defects, please send an email as soon as possible to the following address: bonjour@shopsessei.com.
United Kingdom : Since Brexit, import duties and taxes may be levied and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- For orders under 135 GBP / 150€, no duties or taxes.
- For any order above 135 GBP / 150€, you will have to pay customs fees.
Orders destined for the United Kingdom are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, if the recipient refuses delivery of their package due to refusal to pay customs fees, the package cannot be returned to us and will be destroyed by UK customs.
