Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver internationally: with Chronopost in France and via our partners DHL Express or Fedex for all shipments in Europe and outside of Europe.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen.

From Monday to Friday: orders must be placed the day before or the same day before 9am for dispatch within 48 hours.

Orders placed on Fridays after 10am, weekends and public holidays are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Case of custom orders : please allow 1 to 4 working days to complete the embroidery on your shirt(s).

From the date of order dispatch , the average delivery times are as follows:

  • 1 working day via Chronopost for France;
  • 2 to 6 working days via Mondial Relay for France;
  • 1 to 5 working days via Chronopost for Europe;
  • 2 to 4 business days via DHL Express or Fedex internationally;

Esmé makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours. However, shipments only take place on working days, which means that an order placed on Thursday or Friday could validly be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Furthermore, during periods of high demand, Esmé reserves the right to extend the shipping time to 72 hours.

Esmé and the carriers being separate and independent entities, Esmé cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay attributable to Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DHL or Fedex.

The Customer will receive an order confirmation email and will be informed of the delivery status. They can then make all necessary arrangements to receive or have the goods received on the specified dates and times. In case of absence at the delivery address, they should ensure that they provide any desired delivery instructions.

In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you would then be entitled to cancel your order.

Case of a package not delivered/not found:

If the carrier indicates delivery when the package has not actually been received, the Customer must immediately notify Esmé, who will then provide proof of delivery. The Customer must then contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Esmé will only intervene to assist the Customer if the Customer's claim is unsuccessful, without any guarantee of success and without compensation for the Customer should the claim ultimately fail.

What happens if I am not home when my package is delivered?

If the recipient is absent and unable to countersign their package, it will be handed over to the post office mentioned on the written notice that you will find in your mailbox.
Your parcel will be held at the post office from the day after the written notice is left in your mailbox or at the collection point for up to 8 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. If you are responsible for the delivery problems (the address where the parcel was supposed to be delivered is incorrect or you did not collect the parcel within 8 days), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I change the delivery address or the order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, you cannot modify it. We prepare your package and ship it within a few hours of your bag leaving our hands to ensure the fastest possible delivery. However , you can change your delivery address for future orders on the "Addresses" page.

Duties & Taxes

Within the EU : No customs fees

Outside the EU : All purchases outside the EU may be subject to customs duties. Please refer to the relevant local customs authorities to find out what duties and taxes the recipient may be liable for.

In the case of the United States : Orders exceeding 750 euros will be subject to customs fees upon arrival in the United States. are the responsibility of the recipient . Below this amount, no fees apply.

In the case of England : since Brexit, duties and taxes may be levied on imports and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For orders under 135 GBP / 150€, no duties or taxes.
  • For any order above 135 GBP / 150€, you will have to pay customs fees.

Orders destined for England are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, if the recipient refuses delivery due to refusal to pay customs fees, the package cannot be returned to us and will be destroyed by UK customs.
