Personalized products with your initials printed at your request do not benefit from the legal right of withdrawal applicable to non-personalized products. In such cases, these shirts cannot be returned.


Can I return my order if I am not happy with my purchase?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item, as evidenced by the shipping company's stamp. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Only orders shipped to France can be exchanged.

Let us know you're back by emailing bonjour@shopsessei.com containing the subject: RETURN + order number - indicating the tracking number of the latter so that we can trace your shipment. Then download the document below to attach to your return package.

RETURNS FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EU:

Customs fees for this return are your responsibility.

If customs charges apply upon arrival in France, these will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

How to prepare your return package?

Returned items must be perfectly new to be accepted. Thus, they must not have been worn, washed, or damaged and must include all the labels present on the item when received. Any returned products not meeting these conditions may be refused and returned to our customer at their expense.

The procedure is as follows :

- Return the item in its entirety: label, reinforced collar, tote bag

- Print and complete the return form below, in French or English , and include it in your shipment.

- Place everything in a sturdy package and send the package to the address indicated on the return form

- Please include our email address / bonjour@shopsessei.com & telephone number +33(0)769896345 on the shipping slip so that we can track your package.

If the item is returned to us under the conditions listed above, we will send you an email to approve your return request and we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days.

You will be responsible for the package until we receive it at our warehouse. Therefore, you should be careful when shipping with a signature and tracking number . Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If we discover that the product is no longer new and second-hand when we collect it, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the reshipping costs will be at your expense.

My item has a defect.

We are extremely careful about the quality of our products. However, if, despite all our quality control efforts, you notice any defects, we invite you to call our customer service as soon as possible on +33 (0)7 69 89 63 45.

United Kingdom : Since Brexit, import duties and taxes may be charged and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • for orders below 135 GBP / 150€, no duties and taxes.
  • For any order over 135 GBP / 150€, you will have to pay customs fees.

Orders to the United Kingdom are firm and final. They cannot be returned or exchanged . Similarly, if the recipient refuses their package due to refusal to pay customs fees, their package cannot be returned to us and will be destroyed by English customs.
